Byron L. Taylor:

Byron L. Taylor was born and raised in North Attleborough just a few miles from the Firm's Office Location. He attended Boston College and then graduated from Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts in 1980 with Honors obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology with a minor in Philosophy. Attorney Taylor then attended and graduated New England School of Law in downtown Boston in 1984 with a Juris Doctor Degree and became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 1985 and of the Federal District Court Bar in 1988. In 1985 he established this Firm.

Attorney Taylor is a member of the Attleboro and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the North Attleboro/Plainville Chamber of Commerce.

Joseph M. Heery, Of Counsel:

Joseph M. Heery was born and raised in Queens, New York and was a Surgical Technician in the U.S. Air Force. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Central Michigan University and graduated cum laude from the Southern New England School of Law in 1994. For many years Attorney Heery was a Senior Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau. He has been a member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar and the First Federal District Court Bar since 1994 and has been with the Law Offices of Byron L. Taylor since that time.

Attorney Heery is a member of the Attleboro, Bristol County and the Massachusetts Bar Associations. He is also a member of the New England Region Metropolitan Opera Auditions Committee, the ACLU, Amnesty International and the Humanist Association of Massachusetts. In his free time, Attorney Heery enjoys motorcycling and plays tennis.
